We can inspect the works when deemed to be complete and monitor all works to verify they are completed to the necessary standards before the client formally accepts the project.
We can carry out an inspection after the building works have been completed and ensure that the contractor corrects any defects which may have occurred within a reasonable timeframe after the client has accepted the project.
Only when we are satisfied that the contractor has fully completed his contractual obligations we will advise the client to release any outstanding monies owed to the contractor thus ensuring that the clients interests are fully maintained at all times.
